Washington DC Private Investigators
Every case we work on is our most important case!

Tony Snesko
Tony Snesko

President of Same Day Process, Tony is a Vietnam Veteran and former Los Angeles Police Officer. He began process serving in 1970 and owned and operated the largest process service firm in San Diego, California before relocating to Washington, DC in 1995. He lives on Capitol Hill with his wife, Valerie, and is active in his church.

From rock stars, to actors to politicians, Tony's experiences could fill volumes but his claim to fame is being known to "Serve the Impossible." The attorney for the late Frank Fitzsimmons, confided to Tony that he was the only process server to ever personally serve the evasive and well guarded Teamster's boss. (Read the Fitzsimmons story.)

Tony proposed the first-in-the-nation, ethics and standards guidelines for professional process servers and chaired the first Ethics and Standards Committee for The California Professional Process Server's Association. He also proposed the first Process Server's Certification Exam and was its co-author.

Michael Molash
Michael Molash

Our Office Manager graduated from the University of Wisconsin and hails from Oshkosh. He lives in Washington, DC and is an avid Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers fan. As a huge history nerd, Mike has an array of useless knowledge that gets him nowhere in life except dominating a game of Trivial Pursuit. He also loves the law, especially constitutional law. He may quiz you on all twenty-seven amendments of the constitution.

Andrew Yonki
Andrew Yonki

Andrew grew up in New Jersey (not that he had a choice), but came to DC in 2004 to attend American University. After graduating with a BA in Journalism, he traveled Latin America for much of 2008, piloting a music program at an indigenous school in Ecuador, and working in a hostel in Guatemala, among other things.

A certified music nerd, Andrew spends his spare time collecting records and playing guitar, with and without his band.
